April 21, 2008British heavy metal legends JUDAS PRIEST will perform in Seoul, Korea on September 21 at Olympic Gym #1. The band is also rumored to be planning several dates in Japan beginning on September 24 in Nagoya, but no official announcement has yet been made.
JUDAS PRIEST will be teaming up with HEAVEN AND HELL, MOTRHEAD and TESTAMENT for a U.S. tour in August. Several unconfirmed dates for the trek were recently leaked via Pollstar.com, the companion web site of the concert industry's leading trade publication.
JUDAS PRIEST will release its 16th studio album, "Nostradamus", on June 17 via Epic in North America and a day earlier internationally. The double-disc set that tells the story of the 16th century prophet, Michel de Nostredame (whose name is often "Latinized" as Nostradamus) is PRIEST's first-ever concept album, and was recorded throughout 2006 and 2007 at Old Smithy Studio in the UK.
JUDAS PRIEST's upcoming tour will include shows where the group's entire "Nostradamus" album will be performed as well as concerts featuring the band's classic songs.
